Downtown Minneapolis is home to Skyscape a progressive 28 story, 250-unit condominium development. The base blends in with the existing neighborhood buildings and the parking deck is wrapped with smaller boutique units. The $80 million development included a 10,000sf green roof with lawn bowling, full spa, workout facilities, club room and 12,000 square feet of retail anchored by CVS Pharmacy. The units ranged from small one bedroom to large penthouses. Charles Davidson managed the construction and design. Skyscape was completed on time and on budget. In the process, we developed the project teams, prepared contracts, defined roles and responsibilities and established project management procedures. We served as the clients' single source for all items required to deliver a successful project. Completed in 2007.
