818 Coworking is a cutting edge 6,000 sf coworking space in downtown Evanston
Responsibilities included budgeting, permitting, design, construction management. The adaptive re-use of 5,000 sf office and open space involved review every aspect of the existing buildings shell and modified to meet its new use. The interior design approach involved preserving the steel framing and then complimenting with bold finish with polished concrete flooring.
CDG acted as the Construction Manager facilitating and managed the day to day activities.
